Set within Dubai Hills Grove, this nine-bedroom private residence was designed for a well-travelled family seeking the elegance of a Parisian mansion with the warmth and ease of a contemporary home.
Arranged across three floors on a 1,300 sq. m. plot, the residence opens with a grand double-height entrance, setting the tone for a home defined by scale, light, and architectural detail. Tall windows, generous ceiling heights, warm neutral tones, chevron walnut parquet flooring, and carefully curated moldings create a sense of quiet grandeur throughout.
We approached the project with restraint and precision, allowing the architecture to remain the focal point. Natural stone, marble, iron railings, bespoke joinery, and custom-designed doors were layered into the interiors to create a refined balance between simplicity and sophistication.
Designed for both family life and elegant hosting, the home carries a calm sense of luxury, where traditional Parisian references are reinterpreted through a soft palette, tactile materials, and an effortless contemporary lens.
