Villa D1 is a five-bedroom vacation home designed for a Kuwaiti family within District One West, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, one of Dubai’s most sought-after residential communities.
The renovation was shaped around light-filled modern architecture and a refined Italian design sensibility. Clean lines, warm materiality, and carefully selected furniture from Minotti and B&B Italia create an atmosphere of understated luxury, while Vibia lighting and Schmalenbach kitchens bring precision, function, and contemporary elegance to the home.
Custom joinery and bespoke pieces were introduced throughout, allowing the interiors to feel tailored, cohesive, and deeply considered. Designed for seasonal living, hosting, and family retreat, Villa D1 balances modern sophistication with the comfort and ease of a private Dubai vacation home.
