THE CONCEPT
Coastal calm. Designed for effortless family living.
Set within the Shoreline building on Palm Jumeirah, this two-storey penthouse was transformed into a luxury coastal retreat for a family seeking both comfort and escape.
The full renovation reimagined the 340-square-metre apartment with a focus on light, accessibility, and effortless beachfront living. A new glass lift, enlarged doorways, and carefully planned bathrooms were introduced to support wheelchair accessibility, while bespoke marble arches, smoked brass detailing, travertine, oak, and layered natural textures created a refined sense of warmth and ease.
Inspired by its sea-facing setting, the interiors balance soft neutral tones with richer accents of sand, blue, and green. Designed as a second home for hosting extended family, the penthouse carries the atmosphere of a private resort, calm, elegant, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
