Tucked away in the heart of old Jumeirah, this 800-square-metre villa was conceived around a defining theme: grandeur. Overseen from the ground up, the residence celebrates colour, craftsmanship and richly layered materials, balancing a sense of occasion with the privacy required for contemporary family life.
While the completed home remains private, these rendered views offer a glimpse into its character—expressive, refined and deeply considered.
